Head of Claims and Client Services Advocacy, EMEA We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Reinsurance EMEA Claims and Client Services Advocacy function. This role is critical in driving claims and client services excellence (premium, prorata and accounting) and operational efficiency across the Aon Reinsurance EMEA region while fostering collaboration with global operations. The ideal candidate will be a technically strong claims professional with proven leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, coupled with an operational excellence mindset. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from one of our European offices (e.g.: Prague, Milan, Hamburg, Paris, Madrid, Zurich). What the day will look like Lead Client Services and claims advocacy efforts across the Aon Reinsurance EMEA region, acting as a key liaison between clients, brokers, reinsurers, and internal client services teams. Drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices in claims and client services handling across the EMEA region. Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and proactive claims resolution. Collaborate with global teams to ensure regional strategies are aligned with global operations and objectives. Mentor and develop the regional claims and client service advocacy teams to build technical expertise and leadership capabilities. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge. Skills and experience that will lead to success Extensive experience in Client Service and/or claims management, preferably within a global or regional leadership role. Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills on claims. Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiencies and process improvements. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to navigate complex regional and global structures to align strategies and initiatives. Preferred Skills: Experience in the EMEA region or a comparable multi-country market. Familiarity with global claims and client service operations.
