About this opportunity:
The Head of E2C Cloud Services role is responsible for resources and activities related to development, operations and delivery of the E2C infrastructure and platform services with in the R&D IT environment.
What you will do:
Leading a global organization to develop, operate and deliver E2C private cloud services implementing DevSecOps ways of working.Responsible to ensure teams execute and deliver on the E2C private cloud roadmap to our R&D stakeholders.Ensuring the E2C cloud services adhere to service SLA’s , meet security requirements and are highly available, scalable, performant and resilient.Build a high performing team of Managers and related subunits; championing a culture of accountability and empowering teams to excel.Responsible in meeting financial targets and related efficiency initiatives.Foster innovation, driving continuous improvements and implementing process enhancements.Leading collaboration internally and across the Ericsson R&D IT landscape in order to achieve strategic objectives and/or address our stakeholder requirements.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the private cloud services offered and elevate team’s competence.
The skills you bring:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Computer Science.Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, high performing and continuously improving organizationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Team Player, able to contribute and support to various aspects of the organization.Self-motivated, capable of working proactively with limited supervision.People Development- Developing team competence ensuring continuous growth and learning.Adaptable- Willingness to take on tasks outside of a narrowly defined role, with a desire to grow in different areas.Capable of working in both tactical and strategic dimensions and timescalesExtensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing private cloud solutions, preferably in an enterprise environment.Proven leadership experience, including Manager of managers.In-depth knowledge of virtualization, containerization, and cloud computing technologies (e.g., VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, etc.).Strong understanding of networking, storage, and security principles as they relate to private cloud environments.Strong knowledge in DevSecOps principles and practice such as Continuous Integration/Deployment, automation, version control ,ITIL etcIf you are energetic, hardworking and thrive in a collaborative and fast paced environment then please apply
