As the Head of Commercial Analytics, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the analytics strategy that drives commercial success across our Sportsbook and Gaming verticals. You’ll be accountable for delivering actionable insights that empower MD's and commercial teams to optimize revenue, uncover growth opportunities, and improve market performance. This is an exciting leadership role where you’ll blend data knowledge with strategic thinking to inform key business decisions.
What you will be doing
You'll be accountable for driving commercial impact through data focused insights and actionable analysis and Act as a trusted advisor to the country MD's.Be responsible for and deliver the analytics strategy to inform and guide commercial strategies, improve business performance, and unlock value across the Sportsbook and Gaming verticals.Inspire and develop a team of analysts, ensuring their work drives measurable business outcomes, while fostering an environment of curiosity, innovation, and commercial impactCollaborate closely with the commercial teams to deliver actionable insights that drive revenue growth, optimise proposition performance, and enhance customer valueYou’ll develop and execute a roadmap of strategic and analytical efforts to support the MD's, commercial priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals and  sustainable growthDefine and lead the commercial analytics strategy within the Global Analytics team focusing on market opportunities, revenue optimisation, and operational efficienciesEvolve best practices for measuring commercial success including developing robust Key Performance Indicators and performance dashboards Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to understanding market dynamics and customer value, creating a unified narrative for commercial decision-making.
