Impacting Customer Satisfaction by driving the end2end value chain for Zone RCA. You are responsible to ensure reliability, quality and continuous improvement of all Commercial Operations related processes for Medical equipment, Spare parts and Consumer products. You play a vital role in identifying and driving key breakthrough projects/initiatives in the Zone and Integrated supply chain to ensure continued best practice in line with or ahead of market norms.

 

You are responsible for

Driving the end2end value chain for Zone RCA. Key driver of sales operations and supply chain value creation with strong ownership of collaboration with upstream sales as well as customer project management.Actively pursue full ownership of planning and fulfilment responsibilities (S&OP, S&OE ownership)Ensure that output of our warehouse and 3PL activities meets current and future demands, compliance, regulatory and service requirements and is delivered with competitive costs and speed to our customersEstablish a responsive, agile supply chain, by translating supply chain strategy into processes and policies.Drive an optimal balance of supply and demand through integrated planning and effective materials management to maximize performance and profitability.Ensure proper operational processes which enable compliance and accurate financial accountingInitiate changes to supply chain management concepts in accordance with the customer requirements leading to continuous improvements across the E2E supply chain.Lead and develop the Operations team to ensure the long- and short-term capabilities, succession, and talent management.Drive Operations transformation towards digital capabilities through transparency/visibility and data driven decision makingActively drive a culture of continuous improvement leveraging LEAN methodology and Philips Excellence PracticesPro-actively embed quality in products and processes while complying with relevant business and regulatory requirements to deliver on our customer promise.

 

 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.

Master’s degree and >10 years of professional experience in Operations, Supply chain, Finance or Business management.Excellent Track of record in Performance management, People Management and Project management.Customer focus and quality mindedResults-oriented driveStrategic/conceptual capability with the ability to collect and summarize the key information into actionable plans.Strong key stakeholder management on a senior executive level in Zone, enterprise, and businessesStrong process mindset demonstrated in process improvement role or management of complex business projects.Capable to handle ambiguity and high-pressure levels
