The Role:
As the Head of Commercial, you will lead a team of Sales and Account Managers, taking ownership of the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of services. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for setting and executing sales and account management strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering a collaborative team environment to meet and exceed targets. Remote work is available for candidates based in Malta, Cyprus, or Marbella.
About You:
You will have significant experience in sales, account management, and team leadership within the payments or banking sectors, ideally in B2B fintech or iGaming. You possess a strong track record of driving commercial success, managing high-value client relationships, and leading teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are essential, alongside the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
