A prestigious superyacht company based in the stunning South of France is seeking a Head of Compliance and Designated Person Ashore (DPA) to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to ensure the highest standards of compliance and safety within the superyacht industry.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with international maritime regulations and company standards. Act as the Designated Person Ashore (DPA), ensuring effective communication between the yacht and shore management. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with safety and operational protocols. Provide training and guidance to crew members on compliance matters and best practices. Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders to maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements. Qualifications: Proven experience in a compliance role within the maritime or superyacht sector. Ideally DPA, CSO & ISM Lead Auditor Strong understanding of ISM Code, ISPS Code, and other relevant maritime regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Relevant certifications in maritime safety and compliance are preferred. On Offer:
