Job DescriptionLead development group of Compound Innovation to ensure technology leadership of OESL in the area of rubber compounds for automotive applications. Extend network with suppliers and public research institutes to foster innovative solutions and sustainability.Support other R&D functions and Application Engineering with knowledge exchange and promotion of new innovative materials to the customers.This job can be carried out at the Hanover or Hann.Münden locations
QualificationsMaster degree in Chemistry or Material Science, PhD preferredSeveral years of experience in the development of rubber compounds or technical rubber goodsExperience in a leadership positionExperience in working with international project teamsExperience in Automotive Industry preferredBusiness fluent English and good German language skills (written and spoken)Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
