You'll be responsible for

Lead collaboration across Consumer and stakeholders to create digital customer experiences to align with strategies to win, retain and grow customers. Develop a framework to work closely with Digital Experience team and other stakeholders to create digital customer experiences to align with strategies to win, retain and grow customers. Lead the execution of content management strategies for all Allianz platforms and set a roadmap for their development. Develop a framework to identify customer needs and insights and engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements. Manage, support and develop the Digital Platforms teams to ensure that they are exposed to global standards, best practice and organisational networks, and oversee the delivery of projects. Lead the platform teams to manage content and User Experience (UX), reusing and sharing components across solutions to ensure consistent user / customer experience. Share strategic insights and priorities and ensure they are reflected in digital platform design and management. Integrate insights from multiple sources and channels to develop insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of Allianz platforms.

About you

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or similar. Extensive experience in Digital and User Experience engagements, establishing customer expectations and delivering quality artefacts as a framework for project delivery. Significant experience in customer journey management, user experience design, digital analytics and user experience optimisation in a corporate, or consulting environment. Significant experience delivering projects using agile methodologies. Experience in design thinking and customer journey mapping. Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact AAL. Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with Adobe or similar MarTech systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
