We are looking for a Head of Controlling & Reporting Nordics to join our team in our Copenhagen office!
What you do
Reporting to Nordic CFAO, responsible for producing / analyzing period-end accounts and creating action plans where necessary to meet company objectives. Supervise the local controlling team; act as main liaison with local and regional management as well as support teams. Responsible for preparation, coordination and delivery of high-quality key processes e.g. annual budget, statutory accounts Link business indicators to financial indicators to allow better understanding of financial KPIs Participate in, and bring finance expertise to business projects Complete and respond to ad hoc requests with high level of attention to detail and timeliness
What you bring
Market knowledge
Knowledge of insurance related accounting Understanding of business context and regulatory environmentBusiness Expertise
Know-how of finance best practices Proven, in-depth know-how in one core finance area (controlling, accounting, actuarial, investment etc.) Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant controlling/reporting management roles in a comparable environment. Audit experience is a plus (ideally 4 years)Interpersonal Skills
Ability to interact with various stakeholders at different levels Experience of / ability to supervise a team Analytical thinker Ability to deliver deadlinesOther
English (mandatory) & local language (optional), written and spoken University degree in Law, Economics, Business Studies or similar
