At least 10 years of communications experience, ideally in the marketing and communications financial industry, including more than 5 years of supporting C level executives.Strong experience in devising and implementing creative, out of the box communications strategies that keep in trend with the evolving industry landscape.Deep understanding of the media landscape to devise plans that help differentiate to ultimately win and retain in a marketing context.Sound understanding of the media landscape in Indonesia and strong relationships with key media outlets and journalists.Proven experience in developing a thought leadership agenda.Exposure to large, complex, global organization.Exposure to matrix reporting linesSuccessfully delivered strong outcomes in a matrix organization with significant emphasis on collaboration, influence and persuasion.Nice to Haves:

Strategic Communication
Participate in the development and implementation of the company-wide strategic communications planning.Develop comprehensive communications strategies that support the overall strategic direction of the Company.Initiate, promote, and encourage effective internal and external communications strategies and practices at all levels of the Company.Assess communications programs, report findings, and recommend improvements. Provide expertise and share knowledge on appropriate responses to issues management.Content Development & Thought Leadership
Create communications strategies and formulate appropriate messaging for sensitive and confidential materials to be communicated to internal and external audiences.Led the creation, editorial planning, content development, and production of internal newsletters; customer newsletters; internal portal (MF Central); social media posts; human resource communications; internal communication channels. Led the creation and content development of Corporate Broadcasting Programs and podcasts (Do It); video marketing.Oversee the research and development of news releases, articles, editorials, publications, and other written communications products. Ensure the Management’s Thought Leadership communication, particularly the CEO Communication Cadence. Align internal activity through internal communication channels, encouraging and influencing positive alignment to an employee engagement score.Media Relations
Manage proactive and reactive media relations to obtain and shape the Company's news coverage.Act as the Company spokesperson and point of contact, coordinate and prepare internal subject matter experts (SME) to act as the Company's spokespeople in response to media requests Oversee the development of story ideas, planning, coordination, and execution of press conferences and other media events.Foster strong media relations to secure positive/balanced coverage that showcases the Company's value proposition – build and manage critical media contacts locally and regionally.Crisis Communication
Responsible for the implementation of the Crisis Communication Plan, updates, and management of crisis communications preparedness and activity for the CompanyParticipate in the Emergency Response/Business Unit Continuity Task TeamCorporate Reporting
Guide messaging in the development and management of the Company's Annual Report and communication tools required for the Report to the stakeholders Manage and report on media measurement statistics (including Share of Voice) with an external media monitoring service.CSR
Lead and ensure Share Your Humanity values implementation through the CSR program and continue the financial literacy pillars and activity in CSR programs. Manage and align local CSR programs with regional campaigns of diversity and inclusion and the interconnectedness with the Yayasan Manulife Peduli program.
