Oversee all corporate communications activities in Indonesia, including internal and external communications across traditional and digital media channelsCollaborate with business units to ensure consistent messaging and communication across all channelsMonitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and identify areas for improvementDevelop crisis communication plans and effectively manage communication during crises.Provide valuable input and feedback to the regional team to ensure effective communication and brand strategies that resonate with the local audienceServe as a key contact point in Indonesia for stakeholders and support content localization efforts.Develop CSR project funding proposals in collaboration with local partners, focusing on assisting underprivileged children and young adults in IndonesiaOversee the implementation of CSR projects and ensure alignment with Bosch's corporate values.Drive the build-up of Bosch brand awareness and reputation in ID through various channels, such as social media, PR campaigns, KOL engagements, corporate events, and exhibitionsCollaborate with business unit teams to develop and execute effective marketing and communications campaigns, resulting in increased brand and product category awareness.
