You’ll make a difference by:

·       Lead multiple engagements through planning, fieldwork, closing meetings and final reporting.

·       Fully own the client relationship up to senior management, and work closely with the business to align on conclusions and communicate effectively with clients.

·       Establish, maintain and leverage relationships globally with other parts of CF A and of Siemens overall (e.g. Corporate Finance, Businesses)

·       Lead a team of direct reports within CF A as an organizational leader, providing guidance, support and advice to help the team grow

·       Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identify and assess risks, and make recommendations for improvement.

·       Live the CF A People Strategy; lead your team by example, be a career coach and mentor

·       Contribute to recruiting activities; identify top talent and participate in interviews.

·       Stay abreast of relevant auditing standards, regulations, and standard practices, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Your defining qualities:

·       Having 14+ years of professional experience within Siemens and/or related industries, with required experience in a managerial role.

·       Strong past performance in academics (e.g.: engineering, IT, business or finance)

·       Expert in general project management within a multifaceted global organization.

·       Intensive experience in at least two of the following or similar areas: Product Lifecycle Management, Project/ Commercial Project Management, SCM, Engineering, Sales or Strategy.

·       Experience and in-depth knowledge in Accounting (IFRS), Controlling, Financial Reporting or Commercial Project Management.

·       Preference towards candidates that have worked in an international business setting and have experiences working and communicating with different cultures.

·       Behavioral capabilities needed include listening skills, convincing on facts, being expertly independent, and a strong result orientation, along with digital readiness demonstrated through work experience in a digital environment (software/automation).

·       Strong desire and drive to develop into future leadership roles.

·       Flexibility to travel internationally as well as to live/adopt our work-remotely culture.
