Your role:
As the Head of CRM Operations (all genders) for our Process Solutions business unit within our Life Science division, you will be at the forefront of transforming our Salesforce platform to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth. You will collaborate with key leaders across various functions to evaluate and improve our commercial and customer processes, ensuring that our CRM system aligns with business objectives.
Your leadership will guide a dedicated team (10 people globally), helping them develop professionally while optimizing CRM processes in tandem with process experts. You will oversee the configuration and maintenance of our CRM platform, advocating for digital projects that elevate our operational efficiency. By staying ahead of emerging CRM technologies, you will implement innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience. You will also manage cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that our CRM initiatives support internal users and facilitate seamless communication between departments. Training and supporting CRM users will be a key aspect of your role, driving improvements to maximize service levels and customer satisfaction. Your insights will shape the product roadmap for pricing and quoting functionality, aligning it with our organizational goals.

Who you are:
Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Information Technology.7+ years of experience with Salesforce and you are a certified Salesforce.com Administrator.Excellent leadership and project management skills to motivate and guide teams effectively.Strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate training and collaboration across teams.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesYou are knowledgeable about compliance and security standards, ensuring data protection regulations are met.You are committed to continuous improvement and innovation in CRM operations.
