Head of Customer Marketing Greece

This role will work closely with the marketing and commercial teams, primarily to define the commercial strategy and execution of brands for the Greek market. You will be responsible for the customer marketing team in Greece (including On-Trade, Off-Trade, and Luxury teams). **You will be responsible for:** + Building the best customer marketing team in the market. + Co-managing the **P&L for** **(country)** + Helping Diageo (Greece) become a leader in FMCG within the sector through top-tier activation across all channels. + Working hand in hand with commercial teams to: + Develop an outstanding go-to-market strategy in Greece to win in the sector. + Understand customer needs by channel to identify activation priorities with the highest impact on buyer behavior and ROI. + Crafting activation plans around shopper marketing activities to deliver brilliant execution. + Leading the sales force briefing by ensuring the team has all the tools at their disposal to achieve their objectives. + Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for activation activities and overseeing execution. + Leading, managing, and developing a team of 9 direct reports. **About you** + 10+ years of significant experience in customer marketing and commercial roles within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry. + Validated ability to manage sophisticated projects (you have worked with marketing, commercial, shopper marketing, merchandising teams, and agencies). + Ability to excel in managing ambiguity, complexity, and working in a fast-paced environment. + You are curious and entrepreneurial. + You are recognized for your ability to build sustainable relationships with internal and external partners. + You are comfortable with numbers; strong financial and analytical skills are vital. + You have excellent attention to detail. + Recognized leadership skills: you have experience managing teams and coaching them to develop their full potential. + You have international experience (across multiple countries/geographies/cultures). + Proficiency **in English and** **Greek** **Working with us** **Flexible Working statement:** Flexibility is key to our success.
