The Time Zone Sales Leader for Azure Data & AI in the Small & Mid-Sized Business (SMB) segment is accountable to drive business performance of Azure Data & AI workloads through strong collaboration and sales leadership across the time zone that they are leading. We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader who can coach other sales and partner leaders in the field organizations to execute on sales strategy while creating a strong voice of the customer and field feedback loop. Having the capability to lead scale across large, global sales teams and have strong familiarity with Microsoft solutions, our Partner and Channel Ecosystem, and the ability to orchestrate across the company and partners. Core to the role is creating and leading transformation & growth plans, strategic planning, systems thinking and focusing on top customer and partner opportunities to accelerate growth and increase market share of the Azure Data & AI business across the time zone.
