Job DescriptionYour tasks will include the following activities:
Leading the data compliance departmentResponsible for Data Protection and Artificial Intelligence compliance, its continuous development and improvement for all RegionsEnsuring provision of high-quality advice and support on data complianceResponsible for drafting, implementation, managing and continuous improvement of policies, manuals, standards and processes relating to data complianceSupervising data compliance investigations and tracking of incidents and breaches and ensuring the rights of all data subjects following national and international lawsDevelop a data compliance strategy based on Compliance Department strategy and Compliance Management System and implement initiatives for the development of KPI and Compliance overall goalsDevelop and continuously improve a strategic and comprehensive data compliance program considering all relevant jurisdictions and internal regulations that enable consistent, effective data compliance practices to minimize risks of Artificial Intelligence as well as national and international data processing/transfer/use across all media typeImplement and continuously improve data compliance governance and coordinate data compliance services, strategy, initiativesContinuously improve digitalization of data compliance and foster innovation by implementing and maintaining a global digital data compliance management systemActively drive and continuously improve data compliance risk assessment/analysis, mitigation and remediationRepresent the company at and establish trustful relationships with government bodies like data protection authorities, prosecutors and other regulatorsQualificationsAcademic Degree in LawProfessional experience in the field of data privacy and artificial intelligenceProject management experience in an international contextVery good handling with MS Office softwareBusiness fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)Good communication skills and strong team player mentalityIntercultural competencePassion for project management processes and systemsWillingness to travel
