Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists. Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations. Data Architecture: Design and maintain the data architecture to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand data requirements and provide data-driven insights. Technology Implementation: Oversee the selection and implementation of data management tools and technologies. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on data management performance metrics and KPIs. Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data management practices. Application Requirements What you need to succeed Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred, minimum 10 years of experience in data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data architecture, proficiency in data management tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, ETL tools, data warehousing solutions), excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to translate business requirements into data solutions, experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), certification such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or similar is a plus. experience in top-tech international manufacturing environment is a plus.
