About the Role

Head of Data Platform & Governance plays a key role to Technology, Data and Analytics (TDA) transformation of AIA Philippines.
This role is responsible for the delivery of Data Platform, Data Governance, and Business Intelligence strategies, services, and solutions within the organization that will enable and support its business strategies.
Acts as the technical and functional lead of the Data Platform & Governance team.

Drives and delivers programs and prioritized initiatives for the Philippines under TDA to achieve roadmap plans and KPIs.Enable and support the Organization of the Future (OotF) initiative across AIA by implementing plan for enhanced IT operating model.Ensures business requirements and capabilities for data are supported and leads the architectural strategies and implementation.Strengthen a data driven culture and approach, and data ownership within the organization.Ensures that all team members achieve their respective KPIs / SLAsOwner of AIA PH's Data Platform/s, ensuring optimal performance, compliance to security standards, and data integrity to protect both the organization and our customers dataAligns with Group partners to define and execute the data platform roadmap to address metrics and provides progress of key programs and initiatives.Provides data analytics workstream strategy and updates to local and regional C-level executives on progress of key programs and initiatives.Enable and support the business functions through BAU activities / services by each sub-team.Support general IT activities (e.g dashboards, adherence to local security compliance, and intake / pipeline process etc.)Strengthen control environment and embed risk culture
