We are looking for a Head of Department ERP Manufacturing & PLM (f/m/d) to join our team at Endress+Hauser InfoServe. You will take on a crucial role in shaping the future of our SAP ERP landscape, ensuring the smooth transition to S/4 HANA. InfoServe, as our IT unit, is at the forefront of driving digital transformation and delivering cutting-edge solutions for Endress+Hauser worldwide.

As Head of Department ERP Manufacturing & PLM (f/m/d), you will play a central role in our transition to S/4 HANA, working closely with stakeholders at our production centers and corporate process responsibles. Reporting to the Director ERP, you may directly influence the strategic direction of our IT systems SAP ERP, SAP PLM and JAGGAER while contributing to the broader vision of Endress+Hauser.  

 

Which tasks will you perform? 

You will: 

Lead and inspire a team of 15 internal colleagues and several external consultants   Design, improve and support the business processes in the areas PLM, Procurement and Production   Align with the stakeholders on business side, to ensure a trustful collaboration    Set smart and clear objectives and key results for the department. (OKR) 

 

What do we expect from you? 

You are skilled in business consulting thinking in solutions instead of problems  You’ve several years experience in the SAP Logistics area as a team- or projectleader    You are good in communication to your team and business partners  You are burning to take over responsibility and eager to lead people by heart.  You are acting with integrity and build trustful relationships.  You are good in setting clear goals and getting the best out of people.
