As the global head of our digital and design team, you will lead a team of designers and developers to implement digital solutions on our owned brand channels, including jpmorgan.com. You will oversee a center of excellence team while partnering closely with our client marketing leads, product teams, executives and stakeholders across the Commercial & Investment Bank to deliver digital experiences and landing pages and execute on a variety of client touchpoints to drive our global marketing campaigns. In serving as a steward for our brand, you will also deliver on innovative creative and ensure consistency across all platforms.
As the Head of Design and Digital Strategy on the Commercial and Investment Banking team, you will lead the creation, implementation and evaluation of digital and content strategies for clients across the CIB’s lines of business. This role will be instrumental in helping drive the business forward by leading the developing of creative and digital solutions to meet internal and external client needs.
Job Responsibilities
Lead a team of digital designers and developersOversee highly visible digital campaigns that leverage responsive designs, SEO and analytics with broad stakeholder groups across regions and lines of business Responsible for project intake and execution; ensure team projects stay on track and meet business timelines; track and ensure the completion of program tasks and milestones; provide regular updates to manager and stakeholdersResponsible for end-to-end quality assurance for webpage accuracy, as well as UX experience across browsers and devicesWork closely with the CIB and Corporate Analytics team to identify campaign metrics and critical success factors at program inception and ensure deliveryManage key client and partner relationships across creative teams, social media, Technology, Risk and Controls and Communications Maintain a robust risk and controls environment ensure all documentation is adhered to for audit tracking purposesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
8+ years of digital marketing experience and 5+ years project management experience, with overseeing marketing/digital marketing projects, from concept to launchSuccessful track record of helping develop, present and execute strategic digital campaigns Deep understanding of marketing and branding with a focus on content marketing and digital and mobile experienceStrong orientation to client service, with excellent communications, relationship building and client management skills coupled with exceptional time management and project managementProcess-driven, possessing a mindset of continuous improvement to boost operational effectiveness Expertise of the social, ecommerce, mobile, SEO, email and broad digital landscapeAbility to provide clear creative conceptual direction and to motivate and inspire direct team, product marketers and business partnersDemonstrated knowledge of traditional and digital media; commitment to continuously grow skills within the online and emerging media spacePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
