THE ROLE As the Head of Business Development, you will spearhead initiatives to expand our market presence, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in all areas of live entertainment. This role requires a dynamic and innovative professional with a deep understanding of the live events and the touring landscape, strong industry connections, and a proven track record in business development. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO + Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue and market expansion in live events and projects. + Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances within the live events sector. + Lead negotiations and structure high-value deals with Talent, IP Owners, venues, promoters, Talent reps, sponsors, other key stakeholders. + Collaborate with internal teams—including event production, marketing, and finance—to align business objectives with growth strategies. + Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and audience behaviors to drive innovative business solutions. + Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING + 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field within the live entertainment industry. + Strong network of industry contacts across touring, concerts, festivals, theatrical productions, and live events. + Experience in the Structure and Review of Financial Modelling for Live Events + Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals. + Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities. + Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
