Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for planning, coordination and supervising sales activities in order to achieve planned yearly turnover, Gross profit in assigned national direct customers.

·        Responsible for implementation of marketing /sales concepts, strategies. At the same time being close to the needs of the national market targets and plans for direct customers, coordinate, support all marketing /sales activities, also concerning new products in order to achieve the planned yearly turnover and gross profit.

·        Sales Management Activities: Direct-sales Customer Relationship Management

·        Coach the team to meet(over achieve) area sales target, improve the profits.

·        Keep close contacts with key customers, including new customer acquisitions.

·        Support the management of the existing instrument service

·        Coaching the team to enhance systems penetration and customer satisfaction in interaction with our brand promise.

·        Marketing Activities: To analyze national market structures, changes and new market trends of the direct business, review with supervisor and react according to market.

·        Support supervisor to control of profitability of direct customers, key products, instrument platform.

·        Support and attend congresses, symposia, presentations related to the assigned direct customers etc.

·        Other marketing or related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.

 

Requirements:

·        Bachelor Degree and above  

·        At least 8 years in Healthcare sales or related fields and minimum 3 years people management experience, familiar with direct sales

·        Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major features, applications and advantages.

·        Excellent project management experience and proven success record.
