**Head of Digital Experience** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Experience to lead our digital strategy and enhance our online presence. This role will sit under the global marketing organization and within the Marketing Operations team, reporting to the Director of Marketing Technology Operations. _The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global web and content_ strategy, eCommerce optimization, and customer journey analysis. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive personalization, optimize conversion rates, and manage a team of digital specialists. This position will ideally be offered on a hybrid basis at our Stratford, London office (2 days/week in office, 3 days working from home). For the right person, this role can also be offered on a fully remote basis. **Your role in our future** + Web and Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive web and content strategy. + Build a solid end-user web experience driven by high-quality content and personalization. + Ensure the website aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives. + eCommerce Optimization: Drive eCommerce funnel activities to enhance user journeys and checkout experiences. + Optimize eCommerce journeys to increase conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment. + Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Analytics: + Identify customer friction points through journey analysis using heatmaps and other analytics tools. + Optimize user experiences through A/B testing and personalization tools. + Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve the digital experience. + Digital Data Layer and Tag Management: + Own the digital data layer and tag management plan. + Support the integration of all MarTech tools to ensure seamless data propagation. + Collaborate with teams managing Eloqua and Salesforce to connect web data with marketing automation platforms. + Leverage segments to drive web personalization. + Customer Data Platform (CDP) Integration: Build a comprehensive marketing profile by connecting offline and online data to drive customer experience + Utilize CDP technologies to enhance marketing and customer service efforts and help in achieving Quadient’s commercial goals. + Team Management: Lead and manage a team of web and eCommerce specialists, product owners, and content creators. + Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. + Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. + Strategic Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership team members to define the digital strategy. + Convince and gain necessary support and budgets from senior leadership. + Collaborate with the global brand and corporate marketing teams. + Work closely with the corporate brand and design team, SEO, content marketing, and customer marketing teams. **Your profile** + Proven experience in building and executing web and content strategies. + Strong knowledge of eCommerce optimization and conversion rate optimization techniques. + Proficiency in using analytics tools for journey analysis and A/B testing. + Experience with digital data layers, tag management, and MarTech tool integration. + Understanding of marketing automation platforms like Eloqua and Salesforce. + Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and their applications. + Excellent team management and leadership skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Experience working with senior leadership to define strategy and secure support and budgets. + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including global brand, corporate marketing, SEO, content marketing, and customer marketing teams. + Strong presentation skills. + Experience in developing agile ways of working and enabling and empowering the team to follow. + Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, digital-first organization. + Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and eCommerce. \#LI-C57 \#LI-hybrid Knowledge gaps can be filled.
