**HEAD OF DIGITAL PRODUCTION**
You will lead the work on some of the most popular consumer brands in the world, impacting the daily lives of nearly 2 billion people in the fastest growing region in the world. You will work for clients who not only care about success in the marketplace, but are passionate about the role of brands in helping bring about social change.
**Expectations of the Head of Digital Production**
The Head of Digital Production is responsible for the leadership and development of the digital team and oversees the management of multiple projects ensuring delivery excellence within agreed deadlines and budgets. You are also responsible for driving new business opportunities within the digital landscape for the business.
**Responsibilities**
Key responsibilities include:
+ Implementing and managing complex digital projects
+ Working collaboratively with the entire Prodigious Malaysia team, Prodigious entities globally and Publicis Groupe agencies
+ Building strategic partnerships with internal and external clients and stakeholders across Southeeast Asia
+ Managing, developing and building a digital team of designers, developers, project managers and producers
+ Overseeing workflow and ensuring appropriate resources are available to expedite timely execution of digital projects, ensuring profitability and efficient use of resources at all times
+ Working closely with the Head of Technology to ensure multi-platform projects are delivered efficiently and smoothly
+ Driving good digital design practice and competencies with the creative department in Prodigious and the Publicis Groupe agencies
+ Keeping abreast of new technology and digital solutions and implement them to ensure efficient delivery of scope
+ Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
+ Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work
+ An understanding of commercials and profitability
+ Participants in and leads brainstorming sessions

In your role, you will specifically be expected to:
+ Implement new working practices, tools and processes which enable the team to operate effectively

**Qualifications**
+ Required 8 years in an interactive/integrated agency or equivalent
+ BA/BS degree or equivalent in e-Business Engineering or Computer Science
+ Strong grasp of social media space and online media jargon and technology
+ A proven track record of delivery within a digital environment, including experience of successfully running large complex digital projects in a fast-paced environment
+ A solid understanding of the complete project management lifecycle, from financial management to understanding the technical aspects of digital delivery
+ Experience in production of project documentation such as sitemaps, user journeys, wireframes, budgets and schedules
+ A good understanding of current web technologies and feasibility within a digital environment
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
+ Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
+ Naturally well-organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines.
