Your Role

Responsibilities:

Foster Team Productivity: Take responsibility for enhancing the productivity of your team. Demonstrate a genuine concern for the well-being and performance of your team and teams around you

Endpoint operations engineering and Management

Expertise:

As an engineering manager, you will combine your technical proficiency with effective management. Lead the pursuit of technical excellence while fostering the professional growth of your team members

Collaborate with engineers, product owners and senior leadership to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap

Enhance Lean and Agile Practices: Advocate for our organizational values and leadership principles to foster lean and agile practices, refine processes, and boost productivity

Hold regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth conversations to plan and support career development, including coaching and mentoring

Co-create a collaborative and inclusive culture in line with our company values.

Your Profile

Have working experience building and further developing team of technical people

Have working experience in operational technology harmonization

Have technical understanding in workplace technologies such as Citrix, Intune, SCCM, Windows, etc.

Have end user experience focused mindset

Ability to lead, develop and inspire people

Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy

Deep understanding of large-scale corporate operations

Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Excellent communication skills in English
