l Structure EHS management, and update company EHS policy/SOP to make it effective to daily business and compliance with government request, so as to achieve both external compliance and internal excellence
l Manage internal team members, external EHS consultants, and coordinate site represenstiatve GC network from EHS side
l Continuously contribute to sustainability@ZEISS and employee health
l Communicate with company internal EHS stakeholders to move the EHS tasks forward, esp. follow through corrective and preventive actions with internal stakeholders, and report to company management the EHS progress
l Strongly support other functions in achieving EHS certifications, like ISO14000, and provide EHS support to company projects
l Plan and delivery EHS training per government request and internal business needs
l Plan and undertake the periodical internal EHS check/audit per government regulation and company request, properly reporting risks and optimization potentials and follow up corrective and preventive actions
l Propose the EHS yearly budget, ensure it is well managed for high RoI
l Propose initiative idea to enhance the company EHS culture
l Any EHS related work assigned by the company
l Other tasks assigned when needed
Education / 教育背景l Bachelor degree in science / technical field
l Certified national safety engineer is preferred
Experience / 经验
l Experienced in corporate EHS management
l Experienced in China EHS regulations and standards
l 10+ years EHS management experience at MNC.
l Radiation device management and occupational health management experience is a must
l Consulting experience is a big plus.
