Job Title: Head of EMEA Campus Recruiting and Early Careers (Programme Management)
Overview:
The Head of EMEA Campus Recruitment and Early Careers will lead our campus recruitment and programme management initiatives across all business lines, ensuring alignment with firmwide strategies. This senior role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in programme management and recruitment, overseeing the strategy, execution, and measurement of end-to-end recruiting and programme management offerings. The individual will ensure these initiatives align with business objectives while managing a team of recruiters and Programme Mangers. This individual will collaborate closely with their global counterparts and will report directly to both the Head of Campus Recruiting and Early Careers and the Head of EMEA HR.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the strategy, execution, and measurement of end-to-end recruiting and programme management offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives across EMEA in partnership with key HR and business stakeholders. More specifically:Recruiting: Attract (including oversight of early ID programming), assess, and provide programming for Summer and Full-Time Analysts.Programme Management: Integrate and support performance management, identify programmatic themes, provide ongoing development for Analysts, and support post-programme outcomes.Serve as a central point of contact for various stakeholders, including senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and key HR functions, regarding regional and firmwide recruiting and programme management activities.Manage individual Campus Recruiters and Programme Mangers, focusing on feedback delivery, development, and performance enhancement.Develop a candidate selection framework and train managers on effective assessment methods.Establish and communicate region-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and performance on a yearly basis.Analyze recruitment data to gain insights, assess programme effectiveness, and improve strategies while ensuring data accuracy.Conduct market research and stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting and programme management techniques, ensuring a competitive and best-in-class approach and programme.Collaborate with various business stakeholders to design and execute best-in-class strategies and programmes, while continuously improving recruitment processes by gathering feedback from candidates and hiring managers and implementing necessary changes.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks in recruitment and programme management.Assist with budgeting and monitor expenses to ensure resources are used efficiently.Act as an individual contributor supporting a business in all aspects of recruitment and programme management activities.Qualifications and Experience:
10+ years in an HR environment, preferably within Financial ServicesProven experience in campus recruitment with a strong understanding of the campus landscape, timelines, effective strategies, and internship programming.Experience in talent management or as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) is preferred.Exceptional skills in relationship-building and client engagement, with the ability to influence and gain support for key initiatives.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams or individuals, focusing on coaching, career development, and providing ongoing feedback.Experience in developing and implementing new processes or programmes, with a strong capability in change management and process improvement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.Willingness to design and execute programmes and processes end-to-end.Strong team player with the ability to build relationships and partnerships across all levels and within the global HR/SIG team.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with candidates and stakeholders in both small and large group settings.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and effectively summarize and distill information for clear communication and presentation.Experience in project management, overseeing multiple recruitment initiatives, and ensuring timely execution.
