Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital) is on a mission to lead the digital revolution in the chocolate industry, and we're looking for a Head of Endpoint & Software Management to support this transformative journey. Reporting directly to the Senior Director Digital Workplace, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our digital way of working by providing and enhancing modern Endpoint and Software Management solutions for our organization. You will lead the Endpoint & Software Management team, providing reliable and performing endpoint and workplace solutions to our employees. You will take on a vital role in the digital transformation of our organization by providing strategic oversight and team leadership. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

Lead the development and management of our global Endpoint & Software Management services, incl. configuration, deployment and maintenance of end user devices (incl. notebooks, mobile devices, virtual desktops), special workplace hardware (e.g. warehouse system forklift terminal, handheld, scanner etc. and chocolate factories), software deployment, patch management etc. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for our global, state-of-the-art Endpoint & Software Management services fostering seamless collaboration across our locations and with our partners Directly report to the Senior Director Digital Workplace, ensuring alignment of the Endpoint & Software Management roadmap with the overall digital strategy and contributing to the digital transformation roadmap Manage and develop global vendor relationships for the provisioning of Digital Workplace hardware, software, etc. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Endpoint & Software Management team, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment Monitor and manage continuous improvement of Endpoint & Software Management services using KPIs focusing on secure and reliable performance as well user satisfaction/experience Closely collaborate with our Information Security department to ensure highest security standards for our Endpoint & Software services Manage Endpoint & Software Management related IT budget, resource allocation and ensuring overall cost-efficiency Initiate and lead change management initiatives related to Endpoint & Software Management solutions

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL OR FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

 

 

A minimum of 10+ years of relevant working experience in a leadership role. Significant experience and deep understanding of modern Endpoint & Software Management solutions (e.g. Microsoft Endpoint Manager, VMware Workspace ONE) as well as processes of provisioning and continuously improving services Hands-on attitude and previous experience in leading IT teams. Track record of successfully steering external service providers and building trusted relationships The ability to bring people together and mobilize individuals to pursue a joint agenda Demonstrated success in leading and managing diverse teams to achieve digital transformation objectives Ability to drive change in a collaborative way on a global scale Independent and self-driven personality Skills to create internal and external partnerships/networks across the organization
