About This Role
Responsibilities
+ Development, Management and co-ordination of an Engines Support team
+ Expand the Engines Support team as per our client’s needs and industry trends
+ Strategically organise existing structures to maximise efficiency
+ Successfully market the Engine Support Product to Industry
+ Collaborate with senior management in the evolution of the department and development of performance goals and long-term operational and strategic plans
+ Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
+ 10+ years of experience in senior technical roles within an Engine Shop or Airline Powerplant role.
+ Demonstrated people management experience
+ Demonstrated commercial focus.
+ A deep understanding of the Engine Support market, needs and trends
+ Demonstrated expertise in guiding technical teams, collaborating with clients, and overseeing financial and budgetary matters.
+ Strong communication skills for conveying data-driven results.
+ Excellent command of the English language.
+ Willingness and ability to travel when required.
