The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in senior technical roles within an Engine Shop or Airline Powerplant role.Demonstrated people management experienceDemonstrated commercial focus.A deep understanding of the Engine Support market, needs and trendsDemonstrated expertise in guiding technical teams, collaborating with clients, and overseeing financial and budgetary matters.Strong communication skills for conveying data-driven results.Excellent command of the English language.Willingness and ability to travel when required.Position Type
