The Opportunity As the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Data Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our global data management landscape. This role is responsible for developing and executing the company’s data engineering vision, ensuring that data infrastructure, architecture, and platforms support business growth, innovation, and digital transformation. Your expertise in data, analytics, and technology will be instrumental in ensuring that they remain competitive, secure, and adaptable in rapidly evolving business landscape. How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities) * Define and execute the enterprise data engineering strategy, leveraging Cloud, AI, and advanced analytics to align with business goals. * Oversee design and implementation of enterprise-wide data platforms and tools, establishing best practices for data integration, pipelines, architectures, and self-service options. * Create and execute a comprehensive global data program strategy to simplify and modernize legacy data systems and tools, ensuring data agility, scalability, and quality. * Work with the security team to implement data privacy, encryption, and access control strategies. * Incorporate AI and machine learning solutions into the data ecosystem to enhance legacy modernization and data democratization efforts. * Lead a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with Data and Analytics, Technology, and Business leaders to enable seamless data accessibility and utilization.
