Job Opportunity: Head of ERP - Stockholm

Are you a strategic leader with extensive ERP experience? We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Head of ERP to lead the development and execution of our ERP strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to drive global ERP initiatives, including rollouts, upgrades, and integration projects across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute the ERP strategy, roadmap, and governance framework for the organisation
* Lead global ERP rollout, upgrade, and integration projects, collaborating with multiple business units
* Manage relationships with ERP vendors, system integrators, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
* Build and lead a high-performing team of internal and external ERP professionals, including business analysts, developers, and support staff
* Establish and implement best practices for ERP operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement
* Ensure the availability, performance, and security of ERP systems meet business requirements
* Drive the harmonisation of business processes across the group through ERP solutions
* Manage the ERP budget and resource allocation effectively
* Provide regular updates to senior management on ERP initiatives, risks, and opportunities

Skills & Experience Required:

* Extensive experience in ERP strategy development, implementation, and management
* Proven leadership experience in managing ERP teams, including technical and functional professionals
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems, vendors, and integrations
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive large-scale ERP rollouts and upgrades
* Experience in working with senior leadership and managing key stakeholder relationships
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
