The Head of ETF Strategy & Partnerships Taiwan will be responsible for leading the development and execution of AllianceBernstein’s ETF strategy for Taiwan. The successful candidate will work closely with the global ETF team and local stakeholders to develop and execute the ETF strategy for the country including product development, distribution, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute ETF strategy including assessing market demand, product placement, and distribution opportunitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to promote ETFs to institutional and retail clients in TaiwanWork closely with business development team to produce product plan and supporting contentWork closely with AB Taiwan institutional and retail sales team to build client base, attend client meetings and eventsAct as ETF subject matter expert for AB Taiwan in areas of product structure, industry trends, competitors, and product methodologyProvide training, visits, and seminars to serve securities companies to enhance the product awareness and promotion of our ETFsCollaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop marketing materialsStay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to provide clients with relevant information and insightsInterface with Press, regulators etc. to represent the firm on our efforts in ETFs in TaiwanAttend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed on industry developments

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related fieldDemonstrated track record of ETF business plan development and business building successProven experience of engaging with clients and media to promote ETF investmentsPossess SITE/SICE relevant licenseStrong knowledge of ETFs and the financial marketsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and the ability to analyze opportunities/issues and to recommend business solutionsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluency in Mandarin and English is requiredMinimum 10 years experience in ETFs
