Our Team

We are Sanofi’s CHC Ethics and Business Integrity (EBI) team.

We are a team of strategic business stakeholders who establish the CHC Fit-for-Purpose EBI Program to address CHC business needs and ethics, compliance and privacy risks and who drive cultural transformation enabling fast ethical decision-making and accountability.

The Head of EBI ASEA and AMET zones (Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Middle East, Africa and Turkey) drives the implementation and continuous enhancement of CHC Ethics & Business Integrity (EBI) Program and the ethical cultural transformation enabling ethical decision making, conduct and accountability in ASEA and AMET geographical zones.

Key responsibilities:

Drive implementation and continuous enhancement of a Fit-For-Purpose EBI Program for Consumer Healthcare for ASEA and AMET. This includes policies and procedures, training and communication, risk assessment etc.Establish EBI governance and oversight and chair zones Ethics & Compliance CommitteesProvide strategic advice and support to ASEA and AMET leadership teams on ethics and compliance related mattersProvide ethics and compliance advice and support zone stakeholders for a broad spectrum of activities and brandsDrive cultural transformation through ethical culture initiatives and implement plans to address areas for enhancement based upon ethical culture measurementDrive implementation of Third Parties EBI Program in ASEA and AMETWork closely with the Global EBI team to provide zone insights and information for the enhancement of Global EBI ProgramWork closely with Global Brand EBI Officers for coordination of matters pertaining to country implementation of global brand related activitiesSupport ethics and compliance investigations and recommend disciplinary and corrective measuresPerform predictive monitoring and other reviews to identify, detect, prevent, mitigate and predict risksDrive the generation of meaningful insights such as trends, risk areas, areas of enhancement, root causes and outliers through data analyticsDrive and monitor the execution of enhancement/remedial action plansShape the external environment representing Sanofi CHC in ethics and compliance groups of industry self-care associations and relevant organizations in ASEA and AMET countries  

About you

Experience:

10 + years of experience in ethics and compliance in Vietnam.Experience in other countries within ASEA and AMET zones is a plusPrevious experience in HealthCare or Consumer Goods industriesPrevious experience working within multinational and multicultural environments

Technical skills:

Advanced knowledge of international business ethics and compliance principles, extraterritorial laws and regulationsKnowledge of healthcare related laws and regulations applicable in Vietnam; knowledge of laws and regulations applicable in other ASEA countries is a plusExpertise in providing sound, ethical advice to management on a broad range of business issuesGood knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

Education:

University degree in management/business administration, law or other relevant discipline/qualificationsHealthcare compliance certifications is a plus

Languages:

Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English;Knowledge of other languages spoken in ASEA and AMET zone countries is a plus
