Your role is crucial in ensuring our financial strategies are aligned with the company's overarching objectives, particularly across our international branches. This position is central to supporting and fostering the further growth of our business and organization.In your role, you are empowered to…Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team across TrustYou's international locations, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence.Oversee and continuously improve all financial operations, including accounting, controlling, and planning, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives and international best practices.Act as a strategic business partner to the management team, providing insightful financial analysis, operational KPIs and recommendations to drive informed decision-making and support the company's growth and profitability.Align financial management strategies with the company’s global expansion goals, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business scalability and sustainability.Participate in the global implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring seamless integration across international business units to enhance financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
