Head of Forecast to Cash Services
**The position** Looking for a new professional challenge where you are responsible for the Forecast to Cash Services (F2C) Stream reporting to the GBS Center Head? The role will have the overall accountability of the end-to-end F2C operations to deliver best-in-class services. This includes Supply Chain Management that has recently been established, along with existing areas such as Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management. Head of F2C services is a member of the GBS Center Wroclaw Leadership Team and reports to the Center Head. **Tasks & responsibilities** + As the head of Forecast-to-Cash Services, together with your team, you will ensure that all services are performed according to global standards and ensure compliance with all local legal, accounting and tax regulations for all integrated countries including the center itself. + Furthermore, you will continue expanding services according to the defined transition roadmap. In close collaboration with all stakeholders in GBS, Corporate and the countries, you will integrate functions into the GBS Center by supporting transitions in collaboration with GBS Process Management. + You will continuously improve processes and service delivery, driving efficiency and ensuring an appropriate set-up of the Forecast to Cash organization (Order Management, Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain Management). + In the established services you will drive innovation and continuous improvement for end-to end process regarding compliance, quality, efficiency, and user experience. + In your role you will lead and develop your Team Managers in line with company values and strategy with ensuring an inclusive work environment. + You will act as a thought leader and subject matter expert when asked to assist with the development of global concepts and procedures. **About our future employee** + Master´s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT or in a comparable field of study + Professional experience in the Order-to-Cash and/or Supply Chain area, including relevant finance functions of a business services or a large-scale, international acting enterprise with leadership responsibility is required. + Extensive and strong Leadership skills, successful background in managing/leading team leads as well as experiences in an international and cross-functional environment with various stakeholders, interfaces, processes, and systems + Excellent communication and intercultural skills + In-depth proven knowledge and experiences in project leading with different stakeholders + Strong analytical, holistic conceptual thinking skills with a strong drive to achieve results + Highly skilled people developer who provides training, guidance and motivation that result in the retention of top performing professionals, experience in leading teams in times of transformation and change by fostering an inclusive work environment + Very good communication skills in English All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to a person’s actual or perceived race, including natural hairstyles, hair texture and protective hairstyles; color; creed; religion; national origin; age; ancestry; citizenship status, marital status; gender, gender identity or expression; sexual orientation, mental, physical or intellectual disability, veteran status; pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition; genetic information (including the refusal to submit to genetic testing) or any other class or characteristic protected by applicable law.
