What you will be responsible for
As Head of Fund Order Services APAC you will
Oversee mutual fund trading services for clients in a fast paced environment across a variety of complex portfolio types, including target dates, multi-manager, and fund-of-funds
Critically assess current and future state operations, make recommendations for improvements in future state model and drive change.
Analyze and document business requirements in coordination with management team, clients, IT, and systems vendor
Maintain effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, acting as an escalation point for key stakeholders
Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines on a daily basis, document and update procedures and team checklists, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and controls.
Manage, train and develop staff, manage employee performance, complete performance reviews timely, and handle employee relations issues
Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff, participate in individual on-going training and development
Make effective recommendations to hire, discipline, control work and terminate employment
Make effective recommendations for promotions, salary increases and bonuses
Other projects or tasks as assigned

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
