As the Head of Global Sourcing Services, you will be responsible for an important part of the Ericsson Sourcing delivery capacity. This unit supports the business by executing strategic sourcing activities as per Ericsson Sourcing Process and providing services which improve the efficiency of the sourcing function to achieve optimal business efficiency. The services are delivered throughout the global Sourcing organization cross Business Areas and Market Areas. The unit has the main scope of operations within the following areas: Tail spends management, E-auctions, Sourcing Tools support and training, Process support, Supplier management activities and other tactical sourcing activities.
What you will do:
• Lead an organization in a global environment with internal stakeholders across Business Areas and Market Areas organizations.
• Build relationships with the stakeholders and support the fulfilment of their objectives and business plans by developing and delivering a sourcing services portfolio that brings value in all parts of the strategic sourcing process (Category Management, Supplier Management, Source to Agreement, Purchase to Pay).
• Lead Global Sourcing Services establishment, strategy execution, objectives, and business plans as well as to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of operations within the unit and for adherence to the Sourcing policy, directives and processes.
• As hosting manager for the people working with sourcing in the Category teams based in Bucharest, to care for activities and initiatives that are common for the whole sourcing community such as communication, collaboration, competence development, career opportunities, support in recruitment and employer branding activities etc.
• Part of the Group and Global Sourcing LT and contribute to the development of the Sourcing function within Ericsson.

• Knowledge and understanding of sourcing and a commercial background, preferably also with experience in negotiations.
• Master of Science and/or Master of Business Administration qualification or similar (or equivalent experience).
• Several years' experience of leading leaders.
• Experience of working with a shared services concept
• Ability to liaise and interact with higher management, exploring solutions and anchoring the same with BA/MA management and other stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with a consultative approach.
• Experience with change management and international collaboration.
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent English language skills.
