Description Are you ready to shape the marketing strategy for a rising home security brand? Amazon’s Blink Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated Head of Growth & Lifecycle Marketing to lead North America’s media, lifecycle and Marketing measurement strategy, driving both performance and brand business objectives. In this role, you’ll lead the development of integrated media plans that align with our business goals while spearheading Lifecycle Marketing initiatives to engage and retain customers throughout their journey with Blink. You will manage a team of channel experts, guiding them in planning and executing campaigns: crafting media briefs, directing 1p and 3p partners, and closely monitoring performance for all paid (e.g., Streaming TV, Social, Programmatic, Search) and owned (e.g., e-mail, eCommerce site, in-app) channels to ensure they’re meeting brand and performance objectives. Leveraging research and measurement tools, you’ll optimize our marketing and media effectiveness to ensure strategies are data-driven and impactful. Key job responsibilities * Establish cross-channel media strategy and effective go-to-market tactics across paid channels. * Lead the development and execution of lifecycle marketing strategies to activate, engage, and retain customer base. * Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Brand, Creative, Ecommerce and other teams to execute campaigns with excellence and drive knowledge sharing. * Manage and collaborate with media partners to create holistic activation plans, including establishing measurable objectives aligned with business goals. * Guide measurement and reporting on an ongoing basis, ensuring the development and execution of a robust measurement framework that provides clear and actionable recommendations. * Lead a large team of Managers and Individual Contributors. Basic Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in a Media Marketing role. - Proven experience in defining strategy and driving full-funnel marketing campaigns. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Experience leading teams across disciplines. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - 1-3 years of experience with Braze. Preferred Qualifications - Experience leading high-performing teams that attract top talent. Possesses excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. - Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex projects. - Experience working with large budgets across all media types (national, local, digital, social, search, OOH, TV/STV, programmatic, etc.). - Knowledge of AdTech and MarTech tools and capabilities. - Experience working on a subscriptions business - Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, digital roadmap, prioritization, etc. Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $168,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
