We are seeking an experienced Head of Hardware (m/f/d) to join our engineering leadership team at Chemspeed Technologies, reporting directly to the CTO. This role will lead and oversee multiple engineering teams focused on mechanical and electrical development of our automation solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background combined with first leadership experience to drive innovation and excellence in hardware development.
