Head of Home & Easy Living Reporting

Key responsibilities/What you do

 

The Head of Home & Easy Living Reporting is placed within our Operations Reporting division and is directly reporting to the Global Head of Reporting. The role is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of accurate and timely reports to both internal and external stakeholders. It covers the Home & Easy Living Lines of Business (LoB) and directly manages a cross-country team of reporting experts. The role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of data analysis, report visualization and communication skills to convey complex information effectively.

In addition, this role involves staying updated on reporting technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting. Ultimately, the Head of Home & Easy Living Reporting plays a critical role in providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making across the organization.

Primary objectives include the animation of the team to define, collect and monitor operational and transformational KPIs of the Operational department of Allianz Partners as well as delivering KPI reports to ensure sound decision making. In addition, this role includes continuous analyses with LoBs to interpret KPI trends and identify improvement areas.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of operations professionals and foster a culture of innovation and excellence that improves AES scores. Be an ambassador of Allianz Partners and role model our values while creating a high-performance culture and teams. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and align reports with organizational goals of Allianz Partners. Report Development: Lead the design and creation of comprehensive reports to meet the information needs of Allianz Partners. Data Analysis: Oversee data analysis processes to ensure accuracy, relevance and reliability of the reported information. Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools to present complex information in a clear and accessible manner to all relevant stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the integrity of the reported data. Technology Integration: Stay up to date to the newest reporting tools and technologies and in consequence integrate innovations to improve reporting capabilities. Compliance: Ensure reporting practices adhere to industry regulations and organizational standards of Allianz Partners. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and hence foster efficiency and effectiveness. Communication: Effectively communicate complex data insights to all relevant stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. Strategic Alignment: Align reporting initiatives with strategic objectives of Allianz Partners to contribute to the overall business success. Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of reporting functions. Training and Development: Provide training and support to the Reporting teams to enhance their reporting skills and capabilities. Data Security: Implement measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data in reporting processes. Process Development: Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of reporting processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.

 

Key requirements/What you bring

Master´s degree or academic degree in data related fields, business management or computer science and/or engineering diploma. 7+ years of experience of relevant work experience on designing and implementing KPIs, data visualization, creation of dashboard, process mining and data analysis. Team leadership experience Understanding on IT and data system integrations and architecture. Strong communication Skills in an international environment. Fluent in English, other languages are a plus. Ideally, experience on operational processes in the Insurance and assistance industry. Ideally, experience on leading data related complex projects requiring stakeholders alignment.
