JOB PURPOSE

As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the People Agenda for our organization, ensuring alignment with global and local stakeholders to drive business strategy.  

Leading a dynamic team, you’ll be contributing to organizational success by championing talent development, fostering a positive culture, and optimizing HR processes - all with a keen focus on driving business growth.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership for Business Growth

Active member of the MYSG Leadership team

Provide strategic advice and partner closely on critical People and Organization priorities.

Shape organization design, talent development, and culture-building initiatives to directly impact business outcomes.

Landing key HR agenda

Winning Culture: Land the new Unilever behaviours and establish a winning culture

Talent & Performance Agenda: Dial up the performance culture with focused talent agenda

ER/IR Agenda: Lead the local Employee relations and industrial relations agenda

Team Leadership

Lead and inspire a diverse HR team

Empower your team to deliver end-to-end HR solutions, from day-to-day operational tasks to strategic interventions.

Spearheading the National agenda especially org transformation as part of the Unilever productivity program

Oversee and land all changes in the local business in line with the Business case commitments

Help embed these changes and the new ways of working

Lead for the HR and PEX transformation

Help embed the new HR operating model in the local business

Lead the HR team through changes (HR Productivity Program) while also establishing a new way of working

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Skills & Experiences

Relevant experience in HR Business partnering

Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle

Experience of transforming a business to accelerate growth and leading a change program

Good strategic thinker, with strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior level executives.

Leadership

You are now a Leader of Change. People look to you to provide safety in a storm, and you also appropriately challenge to get even better results. You role model resilience and care. You navigate these uncertain times by flexing plans and your leadership style, always with authenticity.

You are still responsible for delivering to the highest standards.
