Job Description
**What is the job about?**
The Head of HR Shared Services will lead the transformation of our HR shared services function, focusing on restructuring the team to enhance efficiency, introduce robust governance frameworks, and establish standardized processes for service delivery without compromising the quality of daily operations.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that HR services align with the organization’s strategic goals and deliver exceptional value to our global workforce.
**Your main responsibilities:**
Leadership
+ Collaborate with the HR Services Leadership team to define and drive a clear vision for the HR shared services function that aligns with the overall HR strategy.
+ Lead, mentor, and develop the HR shared services team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
+ Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery, addressing any challenges proactively to minimize disruptions.
+ Drive innovation within HR shared services by identifying and implementing best practices that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.Strategic Team Restructuring
+ Evaluate the current HR shared services structure to identify opportunities for improvement while ensuring seamless daily operations.
+ Design and implement a new global framework that enhances service delivery and operational efficiency.
+ Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement both within the HR shared services team and with the rest of HR.Governance and Compliance
+ Enforce governance frameworks to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
+ Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and accountability measures within the HR shared services function to maintain operational integrity.
+ Monitor compliance metrics and service delivery standards, ensuring they align with business objectives.Standardization of ProcessesCreate and implement standardized processes and best practices for HR service delivery across all regions, ensuring consistency without affecting service quality.Partner with HR Tech to utilize technology to automate and streamline HR processes, enhancing user experience while maintaining operational continuity.Develop comprehensive training programs to equip team members with the skills necessary to uphold standards.Stakeholder Engagement
+ Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure HR shared services align with business objectives and operational needs.
+ Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to continuously refine service offerings.
**Your background**
We imagine that you have:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
+ 10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on shared services, operations, or transformation roles.
+ Proven track record of leading organizational change and restructuring initiatives without compromising service quality.
+ Strong understanding of HR governance, compliance, and best practices.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment and manage diverse teams.
