Head of Human Pharma Operations
**The Position** Reporting to the General Manager ANZ/Head of Human Pharma ANZ, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Head of Human Pharma Operations to come and join our high performing team! Your role as the Head of Human Pharma Operations will be to work across the Human Pharma Business Unit to oversee the implementation of successful operations that bring together business goals, customer insights and technological capabilities to meet both business objectives and recognised customer needs. A key part of the role is to lead and manage the ANZ Go-To-Market Team, empowering each team member and function to implement and optimise defined Go-To-Market activities in accordance with the regional operating model and Go-To-Market roadmap, and in partnership with the Therapeutic Area teams (commercial and medical) and other business functions. The Head of Human Pharma Operations will ultimately be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of all regional Go-To-Market roadmap workstreams and activities relevant to ANZ. As a member of the Regional Go-To-Market Leadership Team, you will proactively seek to identify and maximise common opportunities to improve business operations and customer experience with the regional team and other regional ANZs whilst understanding and representing the unique needs of ANZ where necessary. **Tasks & Responsibilities** + Lead ANZ efforts and contributions in managing and evolving a regional, connected Customer Engagement Model that delivers customer value aligned with business objectives across all touchpoints. + Oversee ANZ business planning and forecasting cycles alongside market intelligence reports that highlight patterns and trends to generate recommendations that will inform Therapeutic Area and Human Pharma Leadership Committee efforts to drive business growth and improvement. + Coordinate the design, delivery, analysis and optimisation of clearly defined campaigns and content plans that deliver on Integrated Customer Plans and business goals by utilising existing channels; reporting success back to all stakeholders and documenting business requirements and opportunities for future innovations for the regional team to evaluate. + Facilitate efficient end-to-end content management from editorial plan to customer touchpoint. + Oversee ANZ efforts to upskill the ANZ organisation in partnership with the regional team and in line with the required knowledge and capabilities to deliver on the Go-To-Market roadmap. + Lead and develop an effective team that at all levels are able and committed to delivering objectives and to fostering Boehringer’s Values. + Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with respective applicable Boehringer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Code of Conduct, existing processes, and regulatory requirements. + Ensure that all interactions and engagements are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards and that all work is accomplished with quality and in accordance with Boehringer values as well as complying with local, and where relevant international law **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree - Science, Business, or Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
