Head of Inside Sales

We are currently seeking a Head of Inside Sales to manage and drive our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will oversee all Inside Sales functions, including the direct sales channel, unlicensed market support, and our concierge team. Our ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to manage the differing needs in each aspect of their business; a collaborative and trusted partner to the businesses supported by their team, and an inspiring leader with the demonstrated ability to coach and teach those on their direct team.

BUSINESS HEALTH  

Demonstrates a business owner mindset with the ability to analyze sales reports and identify business trends, and market opportunities and develops a plan to capitalize on   Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with Regional Sales Leaders, Market Leaders and Studio Managers in locations supported by Inside Sales, ensuring effective partnership  Oversee all daily operations, demonstrating a drive for excellence in all areas of the business Generate and analyze reports on sales, expenses and other KPIs  

 STRATEGIC PLANNING 

Identify business process opportunities to improve employee productivity and untap new sales channels, including more efficient use of our existing channels (phone, text, email, chat) and leveraging new technology. Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, both through partnership with supported locations as well as in Inside Sales territories without local presence Continually evaluate processes and departmental structure for enhancement opportunities to meet the changing needs of the business Identify technical, operational, and organizational roadblocks and provide proposed solutions 

   CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE   

Responsible for how the customer will experience and interpret the Lucid brand through marketing and branding efforts.   Ensure every customer touchpoint creates customer advocacy, maintaining outstanding Customer Satisfaction metrics and providing plans for continued improvement. Use customer feedback to suggest and implement improvements in the sales process Manage escalations quickly and effectively  

  EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT   

Inspire and motivate your team, providing direction and mentorship to leaders and individual contributors on your team Be a leader among peers and for the Sales organization overall in this highly visible and elevated role  Define team and individual goals and implement employee development programs  Identify high potential talent through hiring process and effectively identify and develop succession plan for current and future talent needs of the business  Resolve all people and safety issues in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with Human Resources and appropriate teams effectively  Ownership of team and set individual goals, ensuring processes and routines are conducive to building pipeline and creating owners in order to reach sales goals  

 Qualifications 

10+ years of sales management experience Bachelor’s Degree  Extensive proficiency with Salesforce Excellent interpersonal and team management skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization and externally Strong business sense and automotive industry expertise strongly preferred Proven success as a Sales Manager   Proven experience managing a Business Development Center, Call Center or related function, with automotive experience desired.
