The opportunity
The head of investment is responsible for general account investment decision, portfolio management and performance monitoring. This includes developing and implementing investment strategies, sourcing and analyzing sustainable alpha opportunities, leading cross-functional teams for investment initiatives, ensuring compliance of portfolio risk limits, monitoring market trends, and participating in relevant committees such as ALCO and IC.

The Head of Investments will be responsible for investment portfolio performance.The expanded capability of new asset classes.The ability to stay on top of capital market trend and insurance investment regulation updates.Leadership for investment initiative internally and active capital market participant externally.Key Shared Accountabilities:
Lead a cross functional team to drive investment initiatives, develop action plan and to execute implementation.Collaborate with asset managers to generate outperformance, properly diversified portfolio.
