HUGO BOSS is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of IT GenAI & Automation to lead the development and implementation of generative AI solutions. This role is crucial for the strategic alignment and transformation of our IT services, enhancing the efficiency and innovation of our company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving digital transformation, ensuring our IT infrastructure remains future-proof and competitive. By leveraging GenAI technologies, we aim to optimize internal processes, unlock new business opportunities, and enhance customer experience.

Lead, inspire and develop the IT Automation team and Product Owners in GenAI Solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and excellence to build a world-class GenAI & Automation organisation.

Develop and implement a comprehensive GenAI and automation strategy that aligns with the company's IT and business strategy to be \"Lead in Digital\" and driving innovation and efficiency.

Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service delivery within the team. 

\n\t\n\n\n\n\t\n\t

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure GenAI solutions meet business requirements and drive digital transformation.

Implement automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs while improving the quality and speed of service delivery. 

\n\t\n\n\n\n\t\n\t

Guide the selection and integration of new GenAI technologies and platforms that align with organizational needs and support future scalability.

Manage budgets, resources, and supplier relationships to maximize service delivery outcomes, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Your profile:

\n\t\n\t

Proven experience in a strong leadership role, with a track record of driving successful AI or IT projects. 

\n\t\n\n\n\n\t\n\t

Deep understanding of generative AI technologies and their application in business environments.  

\n\t\n\n\n\n\t\n\t

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels. 

\n\t\n\n\n\n\t\n\t

Strategic thinker with a visionary mindset and the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies and plans. 

\n\t\n\n\n\n\t\n\t

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
