**The Position**
The main criteria will be customer satisfaction and meeting the SLA parameters. Acceptance by and feedback from other IS departments and businesses/functions.
Position will be responsible for interacting with all IS INF Infrastructure Application services functions and supporting the underlying Infrastructure for all business-critical applications. Decisions made by this role will impact how reliable IS services are perceived by the business through effective communications, efficiently resolving incidents, and contributing to the continuous improvement and stability of all IS services.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Contribute to improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of INF Service Center processes by applying adequate Strategies, IT methods and technologies. Act as the Infrastructure Business Partner (main point of contact) for the Service Center inside and outside IT.
+ Responsible for leading and managing all program/ project management activities in the defined OPU's in compliance with all PMO guidelines.
+ Responsible for compliance of IT processes and services in the defined organization with laws, regulations and SOPs with consideration to global requirements and impacts.
+ Manage and develop the IT human capital in the defined organization to provide excellence in performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.
+ Creates a culture of innovation to foster a competitive advantage in IT Infrastructure Services via technologies, operational- and process excellence.
+ Act as administrative head of IT INF human capital in the Service Center, and pro-actively communicate with the respective L4 in the INF organization.
**Requirements:**
+ Executive leader with large IS and Business experience.
+ At least 2-5 years of leadership experience is preferred.
+ Must be a strategic thinker and motivator, and understands what delivers true value operational excellence to the business.
+ Leadership skills, strong customer focus, vendor management and negotiation skills.
+ Must have an excellent understanding of building and operating IS systems and services.
+ Must be highly creative, curious and a strong networker. Must have a track record in implementing technologies in a global environment (incl different cultures).
+ Dealing with ambiguity.
+ Dealing with sourcing/shoring.
