Your support will be critical in Global Maritime Information Systems' mission to develop and ensure smooth operation of the technological capabilities in all marine areas for the Carnival Corporation’s brands, aiming to achieve effectiveness and innovation in alignment with the brand’s operational and financial performance targets. _Demonstrate your passion:_ + You will manage release manages service which includes scheduling, coordinating, and managing releases across the enterprise for multiple applications. + You will be able to supervise the release management and application rollout lifecycle and to develop and maintain release management processes and procedures. + You will work closely with IT, development, and delivery teams to ensure the successful deployment of releases. + You’ll adopt and manage automation tools to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms. + You will measure and monitor release and deploy to ensure application and releases are completed on time and within budget. + You will menage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at various locations Get things right How? You will Interface with the cruise lines IT teams for the roll-out of the various activities of overseeing the release processes, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment of updates and new features. **What makes you unique:** + Your journey includes a minimum of 3 years of previous experiences in release management, project management, or a related field in cloud and on-premises environment for multinational and complex organization. + Experience with Ansible, Kubernetes and other related tools + Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience + Experience in microservice architecture release management + Strong understanding of software development lifecycle + Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. + Effective negotiation and communication skills + As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English (any other language represents an appreciated skill) **Why Costa** We are looking for individuals who embody the spirit of innovation just like scientific explorers of the sea.
