Purpose:
Leadership role at Local Brand Team supporting in a Co-Lead model in Brand at the Center (one Commercial, one Medical). Drives an empowered and cross-functional team focused on maximizing brand performance which is shared purpose of Local Izervay Team.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for maximizing Local Izervay performance:
Own the development and implementation of the Growth Strategy and annual plans for the Izervay in close collaboration with Local Brand Team members and other stakeholders. Set Brand Objectives and KPIs for entire Local Brand Team. Objectives consists of common Brand Objectives which should be shared with all the core Brand Team members, and individual operational Objectives which directly support ultimate Brand Objectives. Brand Lead will be accountable for the entire Objectives and KPIs setting. Lead progress on KPIs and course-correctionin an agile way based on environment changes,etc. Responsible for performance evaluation on core Izervay Brand Team members, in cooperation with Functional Report Line Managers. Align with Global Brand Strategy planning in cocreation market by being a part of Global Brand Strategy planning.Responsible for building agile Local Izervay Team culture by embedding 5 Behavioral Principles:

Propose and oversee budget for the Izervay Execute on approved budget for Brand Team, including any budget allocation changes within Brand Team (as long as they are within the Guardrails) Izervay Brand Head Accountable for Local Brand Team P&LResponsible for Local Izervay Team performance
Role model the transversal, cocreational and collaborative working model, sharing best practice across the business, to sustainably grow the team’s effectiveness. Responsible for performance evaluation on core Brand Team members, in cooperation with Functional Report line Managers Create the environment to provide frequent feedbacks within Brand Team members.
